THE ORDER OF APPLYING DOCUMENTS:
The performers at the age of 16-30 years can take part in the contest.

The following documents should be attached to the application:
• The copies of the passport;
• Two photos 3õ4;
• The questionnaire of the participant.
• The identification code
The documents will not be returned back. The documents given with delay or not in complete form will not be viewed. The Organizational committee will inform the candidates in written form or on the contact phone as for including them in list of contest participants.
THE WAY OF CONTEST ORGANIZATION
The contest is held in four nominations:
• Pop-music
• Art song
• Modern dance
• Original genre (humor, pantomime, musical parodies, circus art)
The contest listening will be held in two rounds.
The participants of the contest will have to perform:
In nominations: pop-music, art song – three songs.
In the I round: two songs will be performed
In the II round: the third song will be performed
In nomination modern dance – three different dances
In the I round: two dances will be performed
In the II round: the third dance will be performed
In nomination original genre – three performances
In the I round: two performances
In the II round: the third performance
The order of performed works is defined by the performer and pointed out in the application form. The modification of the given program is allowed only after the agreement with the secretary of the jury. The jury defines the participants of the second round. The order of the performances in the II round is defined with the help of sortition. All performers must have a phonogram (-1) on one ÑD-R or mini CD with clear indification of the surname of the participant, nomination and the name of the performance. The recording should be done with high quality on the professional apparatus. Attention! The texts of songs that were not edited earlier should be given to the Organizational committee while giving the documents. The duration of the performances in the I round should not exceed 9 minutes.
Participate in the competation paying the registration The trip to Chernigov and back is on own account.
The Organizational Committee provides the participants of gala – concert (in the day of making gala concert) with two meals a day and residence – for those who do not resident in Chernigov, of necessity (1 day) In case if the participant refuses to take part in the contest his documents are not given him back.
The Organizational committee leaves right to transmit the run-through concerts and final concerts on radio and television.
The winners of the contest are awarded with the diplomas of I, II, III degrees, special diplomas and valuable presents on the gala-concert.
The jury of the contest evaluates the performances if the participants.
The jury has right:
• To award not all prizes and diplomas;
• To stop the performances of the participants ahead of time.
The decision of the jury is final and is not the subject to reconsideration.
THE DEMANDS TO THE PARTICIPANTS
The participants show finished concert performances.
The performances in make-up and scenic costumes using the requisites necessary for design of the performance is allowed.

Of the participants and quests of the contest, the awarding of the winners
